This collection was about raising awareness around arts education locally in Council Bluffs. Each of these schools has had an impact on growing artists of all kinds for decades, and it was my hope to encourage that to continue. The series includes ink and watercolor paintings of Iowa School for the Deaf, Abraham Lincoln High School, Thomas Jefferson High School, and Lewis Central High School. A portion of the project proceeds will be donated to a scholarship or grant supporting arts education in Council Bluffs.
